M and I were driving on the back road home from the school. The scenery which I pass every day was calling my name so we parked on the side of the road to shoot some horses lounging in the barn.

I shoot with a Canon EOS Rebel T1i. After I purchased my camera, it sat on my bed in the box for hours. Too scared to open it I fidgeted with the camera bag instead. What if I'd made a huge mistake? The label on the box clearly said "restocking fee of 20% if this seal is broken." Was I REALLY ready for this investment of my very first SLR camera? Finally I worked up the nerve to free the camera from the confines of it's box. It has been a close companion ever since- no looking back. Hello amazing world of digital photography!
